Senior Fund Engineering Services Officer (M/F)

Permanent Contract


  • Be responsible for the setting-up and the maintenance of UCITS and AIFs documentation (prospectus and articles of incorporation/management regulations) in liaison with the Luxembourg regulator
  • Conduct legal/regulatory monitoring and analysis with client/product focus of EU & Luxembourg regulations
  • Contribution to product development

Key Responsibilities & Expected Result Area

  • Draft legal documents in coordination with promoters, investment managers, management companies and other stakeholders for setup and maintenance of investment funds
  • Ensure that the regulatory authorisation process conforms to CSSF requirements as well as market regulation
  • Guarantee client satisfaction by being the trusted and dedicated point of contact for sales documentation subjects
  • Attend board of directors’ meetings  to discuss legal and regulatory developments pertaining to the investment funds
  • Further develop knowledge & expertise in fund-related regulations and stay informed of regulatory evolution
  • Ensure close cooperation on transversal issues with different Bank departments in case of process or new product analysis

Skills Required

  • Thorough knowledge of fund structures (UCITS/AIFs) and related regulation
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Client service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and with the ability to deal with intermediaries and colleagues at all levels across the group
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to efficiently manage time, rank priorities and respect deadlines
  • Demonstrate autonomy, with the ability to take initiatives in order to improve process flows
