Business Change Manager – Transfer Agency

Contexte et enjeux :

The TA Business Changer Manager ensures successful delivery of the projects (technical and non-technical) up to transfer to 'business as usual'.
Missions :
 Business Requirements & management of demands

·         To centralise, analyse & prioritise requests received from internal or external stakeholders

·         To handle requests in accordance with TA Target Operating Model and based on process impacts prior to going to IT

·         To centralise feasibility requests from operations  

·         To evaluate expected benefits and Return on Investments for all the requests

·         To write business requirements for maintenance & projects

·         To become the unique contact with IT

·         To define strategic TA changes with relevant stakeholders operations, product etc

·         To attend the specific project committees with IT for project management maintenance

·         To attend Steering Committee’s & interact with project stakeholders

·         To follow up requests after delivery to make sure end users update procedures/check lists and use the developments


Business Projects

·         To handle business projects (i.e. with no impact on IT) of the TA department

·         Opportunity Studies

·         To take part in opportunity studies

·         To define business cases and rationales for initiatives


Client Migrations

·         To contribute to migrations in / out to ensure coordination



·         To contribute to regulatory announcements that have an impact on TA activities

·         To follow up and take part in ongoing regulatory topics


Knowledge Management

·         To make sure all subjects are documented to increase knowledge 


·         To organise periodic communication with operations / other stakeholders to inform about ongoing projects 


Reporting line

·         To report directly to Head of TA Business Change Management


Expérience professionnelle :

•     Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Transfer Agency business with exposure on projects

·         Be able to handle several missions/projects simultaneously

·         Business analysis

Compétences techniques :

·         Be able to handle several missions/projects simultaneously,

·         A good working knowledge of MultiFonds TA 

Compétences linguistiques :

·         Fluency in written and spoken French and English is essential.
