    The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services.
     
    To support its current growth, BNP Paribas Securities Services is looking for a: 
     
    Manager, Business Change Management- Fund Administration (M/F)
     
     
    Your Mission:
     
    • People management of a team up to 13 persons, covering: coaching, goals setting, regular feedback, appraisal process, working time management, team capacity management, 
    • Project portfolio management, including analysis of dependencies and synergies between changes, allocating resources to given projects, scoping of and monitoring of ongoing projects.
    • Active cooperation with Internal client including but not limited to Fund Administration Operations, IT & Engineering teams 
    • Leading and inspiring innovation within the team
    • Constant cooperation with and reporting to the Fund Administration Group Manager, including weekly reporting on team activities and actions planed.

Your Profile:
 
  • University in degree in IT, Finance, Economics, Project Management or similar area,
  • Understanding of IT systems delivery lifecycle (both waterfall and Agile SCRUM),
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis or IT area
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Fund Administration industry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent analytical, communication,  coaching and leadership skills
  • Strong commitment to make project delivered on time and according to budget
  • Strong autonomy and ability to plan own tasks and organize working environment
  • Stress-resistance and ability to adapt to fast changing environment
  • Good computer skills (MF office suite)
  • English & French
