Only marketers who have valid waperd certification can sell mutual funds to customers
Collecting all legal documents related to transactions and conducting Know Your Customer for customers needed to conduct Mutual Fund transactions, including but not limited to the process of opening a bank account, as well as evaluating the customer's investment profile by asking customers to complete and sign the Investment Profile Questionnaire
In handling Mutual Fund transactions from customers, marketers are responsible for explaining the features, benefits, risks and costs that are contained in an Investment Fund transaction. Salespeople are also responsible for providing Prospectus and / or Summary of product / fund fact sheet information to customers before conducting Mutual Fund transactions
After the customer submits all documents related to Mutual Fund transactions, the salesperson is responsible for validating the completeness and suitability of the information contained in the customer's transaction details, as well as checking the identity and verification of the customer's signature, checking the availability of funds or customer units, and ensuring that the customer has received, read and understood the mutual funds being transacted.
Salespeople are also responsible for managing questions and requests from customers, to receiving complaints from customers
Salespeople are also responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, as well as conducting a re-recertification process for KYC when it is due
Min 10 years of experience
- Preferably from Banks
- Full knowledge of KYC including AML, CFT, and Sanctions.
- Excellent English proficiency
- Basic MS skill
