Role and Responsibilities

The Client Insight and Marketing Services team is now looking for a Marketing Officer with general marketing experience as well as a strong digital/website aptitude to join the global marketing and communications team.

Our Global  Marketing and Communications Department is a dynamic business area with responsibility for leading BNP Paribas to become the number one brand in the Banking area. The Client Insight and Marketing Services team is now looking for a website / digital marketing services officer to join the global marketing and communications team.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
> > Website services officer for securities services internet and websites:
> •     Being responsible for the integration of content on the company's website
> •     Updating content to reflect current SEO technical trends
> •     Managing contribution requests in line with the contribution process
> •     Defining the contribution process with key stakeholders
> •     Optimising and delivering contributions forms and guidelines
> •     Maintaining up to date the contribution calendar
> •     Fixing links that don't work and pictures that aren't appearing properly.
> •     Optimizing loading speeds and capacity

 

> •     Adapting/Optimising graphic materials for digital channels (web, emailing)

 

> •     Maintaining consistency and accuracy in content, design, architecture and user journey
> •     Ensuring presence of tags and tracking for measurement of site performance
> •     Working with the website project manager, IT teams, external developers and designers to identify new developments and ensure new CMS features are implemented
> •     Contributing to the webmaster contribution guide in close collaboration with the website project manager

 

General Marketing: Collaborate with the direct marketing officer to contribute to:
> - Implement local and global direct mail campaigns
> - Campaign results analytics and report preparation
> - Set up communication procedures compliant with GDPR
> - Provide general marketing and communications support 
 

PROFILE
> Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in an agency or a similar domain and be able to provide examples of their work. The ideal candidate has excellent references who will attest to their teamwork skills, commitment, flexibility and sound work ethic. Other required competencies include:
> •     Experience creating and managing web pages
> •     Able to create, edit and modify templates for a standard CMS
> •     Have a first experience with SEO and/OR UX Design
> •     Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills that are appropriate for various levels, including management, staff, contractors and clients
> •     Be rigorous, autonomous, great attention to detail
> •     Take initiative and get things done, in line with our clients' SLAs
> •     A positive attitude to change and a desire to contribute to the team
> •     Ability to look beyond boundaries of own job to support others
> •     Be fluent in English
