Role and Responsibilities
Marketing and Communications Department is a dynamic business area with responsibility for leading BNP Paribas to become the number one brand in the Banking area. The Client Insight and Marketing Services team is now looking for a Marketing Officer with general marketing experience as well as a strong digital/website aptitude to join the global marketing and communications team.
Be the Webmaster for securities services internet and websites to:
Be responsible for the integration of content on the company's website
Support the integration and sending of emailing campaigns
Ensure the content is (technically) optimized for SEO
Manage contribution requests in line with the contribution process
Maintain up to date the contribution calendar
Optimize content graphics for optimal page performance & UX (loading speed and mobile-friendly) on website and emailing
Maintain consistency and accuracy in content, design, architecture and user journey
Ensure presence of tags and tracking for measurement of site performance
Work with the Central Digital Marketing Team, IT teams, external developers and designers to identify new developments and ensure new CMS features are implemented
Contribute to the webmaster contribution guide in close collaboration with the Central Digital Marketing Team
be able to provide examples (ideally URLs) of their work
Experience creating/editing web pages and templates on a standard CMS
Experience supporting/creating/editing emailing campaigns on a standard emailing solution including targeting (creation of the distribution list based on a brief from marketing),creation of new message or modification of templates, test and (immediate or scheduled) sendings
Have a first experience with SEO (knowledge of H1, H2, Hn… tagging) and/OR UX Design
Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills that are appropriate for various levels, including management, staff, contractors and clients
Be curious, creative, rigorous, autonomous,
Great attention to detail, able to challenge a brief if not optimal for web/emailing publishing
- CMS (e.g drupal, jahia, wordpress, …)
Emailing solutions (e.g Mailjet, Smartfocus, Adobe Experience Manager, Neolane, …)
General web tools (e.g Google Webmaster tools, Google Analytics)
Web graphics tools (e.g Photoshop, Gimp, Indesign)
Knowledge of previous experience in A/B testing or trigger based emailing campaigns is a “plus”
Take initiative and get things done, in line with our clients' SLAs
A positive attitude to change and a desire to contribute to the team
Ability to look beyond boundaries of own job to support others
Be fluent in English
