Define, lead and implement strategies to improve and re-engineer processes to increase cost efficiencies and improve the client experience through the solution delivery and implementation processes for new products and solutions, delivery times to market, and improve SLA's.
Manage the solution delivery and implementation activities to ensure quality delivery of new products and solutions to the Bank's clients including tracking and reporting, utilizing tracking and performance metrics to ensure quality and meeting or exceeding client expectations and established service levels.
Responsible for all stakeholder communication as well as escalation of issues / risks, may participate in the pre-sales process, involve in client meetings, requirements analysis and/or assisting in solution design.
Contribute and influence strategic direction for senior leadership using informal and formal communication and drive strategies and initiatives towards becoming a nimbler, more efficient & forward-thinking organization in order to improve the client experience and overall cycle times
Form part of Deal teams and provide RFP/RFI responses on the implementation component.
Collaborate with RM/Sales/Products/Channels/Operations teams during solution design phase.
Participate in pre-sales client meetings /workshops/ conferences.
Critically review expected revenue and deal size at the time a deal is handed over by TB Sales, responsible for ensuring revenue assumptions are validated.
Single point of contact for the client during the implementation phase of complex mandates.
Provide project management/leadership for assigned complex cash management, trade and supply chain services implementations, by following established processes, utilising project management tools - Organize Project Steering and Working Group meetings (for specified implementations). Ensure that the appropriate leaders from the client and all relevant stakeholders are involved.
Ensure regular communication during the project with internal partners and clients (utilizing meeting minutes, project plan).
Understand and capture client requirements.
Coordinate all required Client, Legal and Product documentation relevant to the project.
Oversight of solution design and deployment.
Liaise with Operations and IT for standard activities as part of complex deals.
Provide training to clients for complex deals implemented.
Conduct post implementation reviews with clients for all complex implementations along with RM/TB Sales and obtain explicit client sign off.
Provide complete handover to Service teams and working collaboratively with the service functions to resolve post implementation client queries/issues.
Drive implementation acceleration-to reengineer processes to improve turnaround times for implementation dependencies.
Support the business by developing strong client relationships throughout the implementation cycle and help to identify additional cross sell opportunities
Monitor client survey feedback and implement appropriate actions in response
Effectively and collaboratively identifies, escalates, mitigates and resolves risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Provide clients’ feedbacks and enhancement requests to the Product team
Identify opportunities to develop product/solution functionality of value added to customers
Provide 'on the ground support' post-project deployment period, assisting with any queries raised by the end users where possible or channel/escalate any unresolved queries to the relevant team.
Manage and deliver post project training needs.
Ensure implementation readiness for new products and solutions within Transaction Banking.
Participate in any future review of business process, governance and disciplines.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
5-8 years for experience in in selling /implementing TB products for
Corporate and Institutional clients, with IT background is a plus.
Broad knowledge of TB products and/ or IT solution in cash (payments,
collections, liquidity and channel solution), Trade (shot-term trade – LCs,
open account products, Guarantees, Supply Chain Management) and transactional
Knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures, with hands-on and positive
can-do work attitude towards and internal process complexity.
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint to support
Showing leadership and building teamwork in multi-cultural environment,
with outstanding communications skills to make presentations to all levels of
bank management, ability to represent the Bank in internal and external
Proven ability to organize and coordinate multiple work assignments.
Project management and outstanding inter-personal skills are essential, Project
Management Professional (PMP) accreditation an added advantage
Analytical skills - ability to review & analyse workflows and procedure
to drive process improvements, enhancing client experience.
Adequate understanding of the various computer systems within the Bank and
the applications of technology in business.
