The US Agency Securities Lending
Operations group supports two functions: the post-trade activity of the Agency
Lending Business (Settlements, Mark to market, CA, Income, Returns, Billing,
Reconciliation…) and Collateral Management for third party
(Compliance/Eligibility checks, Transaction Management, and Margin
Candidates will be measured on the following four performance drivers

help the operations group monitor the settlement of all transactions.
help the operations group to manage the Settlement process for investments,
which will include Reverse Repos and Money Market Funds.
help the operations group to ensure that all loans are collateralized at or
above required margin levels.
corporate actions and income process to ensure proper handling for securities
on loan and collateral positions.
accurate processing of broker and custody billing each month in a timely
accurate processing of client and agent billing each month in a timely manner.
monitor the daily reconciliations of securities positions for loans and
investments as well as the cash position for loan, collateral, and investment
transactions to prevent aging breaks.
oversight for the Bilateral Reverse Repo/Direct Investment activity.
