VIE Controlling & Reporting Officer – Madrid, M/F
Your daily routine?
You develop dashboards relevant for the management, the Finance department and the Operations department. You actively participate in the restructuring analysis and reorganization of processes within the different Finance departments in a way to improve the efficiency of the different teams and to give support to the Spanish Treasury Department.
You work closely with the managers and teams of the different areas in order to be able to acquire the necessary knowledge to bring added value to the processes. This position is a transversal position that will allow you to acquire different professional skills working with Finance and Operations department within different geographies (Spain and Portugal).
The working environment is important!
This position is an Iberian position, based in Madrid, with travels to Lisbon. Leasing Solution Iberia has around 145 staff, 105 in Spain and 40 in Portugal. The Finance team is an Iberian team with an Iberia CFO located in Lisbon, the team has 14 staff (Spain and Portugal), including 3 FTE´s in Management Control (Contrôle de Gestion), 2 FTE´s as treasury and 8 FTE´s as accounting officers. The Operations Departments is located in each country (one in Spain and the other in Portugal).

Cross-functionality (functional and geographic) will allow you to create your network of contacts and will give you a diversified broader and strategic vision. You will also acquire specific skills in Finance.

What about remuneration?

Are you our next VIE?
You have a degree, majoring in finance or control.
You have a solid data and business financial knowledge. You have gained first relevant experience (internships and work-study program included) in a controlling role.
You speak fluent English, Spanish and/or French is an advantage. You have a very good command of Excel and, if possible, of Access or SQL or Power BI.
You demonstrate rigor and adaptability. Your analytical skills, your creativity and your ability to develop and adapt a process will be assets to progress on this mission.
