The Learning & Development Partner position is part of the Learning and Development team. The role partners with Early Career Program Management and Campus Recruitment to develop and deliver best-in-class learning and development offerings to the Americas Early Career cohorts with primary accountability for the US and Canada based population.

Responsibilities:

Full-time Analyst/Associate Training Program AATP) Cohort:

  • Develop and manage induction program: orientation, soft skills and technical training 
  • Manage the provision of training for FINRA requirements 
  • Develop/coordinate transversal core curriculum (soft skills, excel, etc.) for the 2-year program
  • Develop/coordinate continuing technical and desk specific training 
  • Own AATP vendor management, including RFPs, invoice processing and quality reviews 
  • Driving continuous improvement via recurring measurement, and in/external benchmarking 
  • Coordinate delivery of AATP Manager L&D support leveraging the Americas Leadership Institute
  • Deliver cross-border training synergies across the Americas Hubs:  U.S., Canada, and LatAm
  • Liaising with regional and global forums for the Bank’s Early Career strategy

Summer Intern Population:

  • Develop the 1-week induction for the US and Canada programs (separately timed events)
  • Developing programming for a 10-week extended interview and engagement campaign for the US and Canada
  • Coordinate delivery of Intern Manager L&D support leveraging the Americas Leadership Institute

The expected starting salary range for this position in New Jersey is between $121,000 to $166,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 + years Learning & Development experience
  • Skilled in Instructional Design, Facilitation, Needs Assessment and Measurement.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and drive solutions
  • Demonstrated, strong communication skills - (written and verbal) and with range of stakeholders
  • Proven ability:
    • To influence and build credibility at all levels
    • To work under pressure in a deadline-driven and rapidly changing environment
    • To work independently and as an integral part of a team
  • Passion for engaging and developing learning solutions.
  • Confirmed ability to work early and evening hours to support programming execution
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft office applications, specifically: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
