Responsabilidades:
• Garantir a correta aplicação dos pilares de risco operacionais pelas áreas cobertas pelo perímetro Latam
• Suportar as áreas do Banco Bnp Paribas Brazil na avaliação e gerenciamento de riscos operacionais;
• Desenvolver iniciativas de melhorias contínua nas estruturas de controle e mitigação de riscos operacionais;
• Coordenar projetos transversais relacionados às temáticas de risco operacional;
• Desenvolver apresentações e relatórios ao Management;
• Gerenciar incidentes, recomendações e planos de ação.
Pré-requisitos:
- Superior Completo
- Inglês Fluente
- Experiência na interação com equipes de controle interno
- Experiência no setor de serviços financeiros
- Habilidades tecnica de comunicação escrita, verbal e interpessoal com os interlocudores
- Capacidade de trabalhar em estreita colaboração com diferentes equipes
- Microsoft Excel
- Power BI
