The role
An exciting opportunity to be part of the Tenant Representation team, primarily focussed on winning and executing office acquisitions across the Central London market. The role is varied and provides a high level of autonomy in a fun and supportive environment.
 
Responsibilities
Financials

  • Has a fee earning target
  • Is aware of the team target and the role they play in achieving this
  • Understands what generates revenue and makes profit

Clients and Business Development

  • Active participation in business development activities involving:
  • Liaison with an existing network of contacts in order to generate new opportunities
  • Responsibility for database of active lead information
  • Generating meeting opportunities with new potential clients
  • Making new contacts and building new relationships in order to generate new business
  • Pitching for and executing one off acquisitions/ lease re-gears
  • Providing support to existing team in terms of market searches, viewing tours and negotiation.
  • Works independently on most assignments but receives guidance only on unusual issues
  • Has broad knowledge of principles and practices of related disciplines
  • Enhances BNP Paribas Real Estate’s reputation through successful delivery
  • Builds own network within BNP Paribas Real Estate’s other service lines

Essential experience
  • Demonstrable record of delivery in the UK Real Estate market, with a transaction background and track record of deals/contributing to deals in the market place
  • Previous experience and evidence of enhancing performance through growth and profitability
  • Developing profile as a business generator
