Actualmente estamos buscando a un/a Técnico/a de Service Desk cuya misión será Asegurar la calidad y el soporte que ofrece el departamento de SD/HelpMe de los servicios entregados por One IT a Arval España y sus distintas líneas de negocio.

Funciones:

·         Gestionar, dar seguimiento y resolver incidencias de usuarios a través del sistema de tickets.

·         Atención telefónica a usuarios.

·         Asegurar el bienestar de los recursos de IT ubicados en España.

·         Configuración y gestión del parque móvil de la empresa

·         Prestar ayuda a los usuarios que se acerquen al ItCorner.
