Position Purpose

The squad Life Cycle is responsible for the development and maintenance of a key Payments Tribe application of BNP Paribas Group.  It works in an agile mode with daily huddles and frequent production releases, whilst maintaining high quality standards.

The squad is part of Tribe Payments with its main management in Belgium at BNP Paribas Fortis.

We are looking for someone able to take over the RTB & CTB activities of web application in .Net technologies and in parallel able also to support us to convert this tool in the target technologies of our tribe (java)


Direct Responsibilities

  • As member of an international, multi-functional squad you participate to the analysis, design, development, integration, test and support of qualitative Payments Tribe products, solutions and services in .net and java technology.
  • Act as an expert of the .net development, guaranteeing high code quality, promoting new technologies & best practices.
  • Assist the squad product owner to refine the business requirements into functional and technical requirements via Features and User Stories.
  • Collaborate with other squads at Tribe Payments and other Tribes within BNPP group.
  • Ensure the 3rd line support (which requires support during Belgian business hours)
  • Document the solutions.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Ensure together with the other squad members the implementation of Java APIs, maintenance and future improvements.
  • Be part of analysis, estimations discussion for the converstion from DotNet & Java
