In this exciting hands-on role you will lead and manage a team of Account Managers and Administrators for our Mid Term Rental business and ensure service delivery is optimised. Your role will be to coach the team to achieve their objectives and targets both individually and collectively, whilst developing key tactical relationships both inside and outside of the business, to enable the seamless delivery of the agreed sales strategy. You will also become familiar with the systems and processes in place to support the delivery of the service and be involved with system developments.
You will support the head of mobility to ensure strategic and operational requirements for both internal and external Customers are understood and delivered through the team and manage the necessary support in place, and that we are fully compliant with FCA requirements, where appropriate.
Pay Zone – B1
We are looking for an energetic and confident individual who ideally has proven experience in managing and leading a team from recruiting, training, developing, setting targets and day to day management. The complete employee lifecycle. If you have experience in leasing, rental or supplier management/logistics then great, but that isn’t vital. In addition, we need someone who can exceed customer expectations, both internally and externally. You will have a helpful and adaptable approach and be able to manage a high volume workload on an on-going basis. All this whilst ensuring the customers remain our number one priority.
