The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global  custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland. 

For our Securities Services business line which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation center in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion in BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

Team Leader in Investment Reporting and Performance

 

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and support daily process (hands on approach whenever required)
  • Set clear KPIs and team goals and regular follow-up on their progress
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the supervised process
  • Maintain engagement of the team, provide feedback, develop and take care of team members
  • Make sure that internal controls are implemented and respected
  • Maintain communication and relations with internal and external business partners
  • Conduct service review meetings with legacy locations.
  • Lead recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in financial services industry
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, fund industry is a must
  • Fluency in English as a working language
  • Excellent organisational & communication skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Stress resistance

  • Ability to manage projects
