The role 

This exciting role will see you managing a team of circa 10 individuals within Global Operations who are responsible for vehicle purchasing and so managing the ordering of our vehicles, making sure our customers and suppliers have the best experience from Arval along the way. Your role is to ensure your team has the capacity and capability to achieve their objectives and targets both individually and collectively and so enable the seamless delivery of the agreed customer service standards. You will help to develop and maintain robust processes and reporting to promote best practice and demonstrate efficient team performance. You will act as the escalation point for queries in the team on the behalf of customers. 

This is a management role where you will lead from the front and provide direction, leadership, Training, promote and drive change and motivate your team. You will set and track individual/team objectives and ensure you develop your team to give them the knowledge and expertise to be best in class.

About you

We are looking for an energetic and confident individual with people management experience. You will need to have strong communication skills, able to negotiate your way around a variety of stakeholders across many internal departments. This is a high profile team, so we need someone who can exceed customer expectations, motivate your team and adapt priorities at short notice, whilst working to tight deadlines. You will also have a helpful and adaptable approach and be comfortable handling complaint escalations. All this whilst ensuring the customers remain our number one priority.
