About the Department

 

We provide all Human Resources services: recruitment, administration of benefits, support and professional development at the Canadian platform.

 

 

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE 

 

As part of the human resources team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is supporting the full cycle of the recruitment process by collaborating very closely with the Talent Acquisition partners. Along the process your main focus will be the preparation of the first & final stages of the recruitment process. You are the key element to prepare the Onboarding and the candidate experience and help the new joiner upon his/her arrival if needed. 

You will also be collaborating on various HR Initiatives

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Work closely with talent acquisition partners
Maintain internal and external advertisements for open positions, ensuring compliance to legal and diversity requirements
Manage recruitment process such as creation and management of all postings, ensuring notification to hiring managers and talent acquisition partner for all positions changes/transfers/promotions, in order to manage recruitment needs
Manage quality and performance of our translation provider
Complete the pre-employment activities while meeting the hiring managers communication needs
Manage on-boarding for all new hires
Be the main point of contact for candidates from offer letter stage through new hire orientation
Initiate new hire paperwork for all new hires and track progress
Facilitate resolution of on-boarding issues for candidates, hiring managers, and talent acquisition partners
Coordinate data entry of new hires into different HR software
Create and maintain recruiting reports and manage other ad hoc reporting requests
Organize new hire folders and ensure completion prior to start date
Create & Maintain new hire orientation schedule and Welcome Packets
Explain on-boarding process to successful candidates including scheduling orientation
Help Organize job fairs and recruitment events
Control the quality of data entry during all the hiring process


    

 

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

•   1-3 years of previous work experience, preferably within Human Resources and/or Recruiting
•   Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
•   Excellent attention to detail
•   Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
•   Professionalism in dealing with confidentiality
•   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•   Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
