Switchboard Operator & Administrative Functions Officer (m/f/d)

 

Frankfurt/Main Part-time permanent

Challenges that let you grow:

  • Transfer of incoming phone calls, mails and incoming request from BNP Paribas website to the right recipient within the Bank
  • Ordering of business cards via supplier Webshop and verification of invoices for the business cards
  • Ordering and Dispatching of SecurID Cards such as attached rights and access towards special tools
  • Administration of document archiving and destruction

Skills that convince:

  • Client focused work-style, identifying clients’ needs and provide them with an appropriate solution
  • Ability to collaborate and work with ones own team as well as across different teams, with people from other cultures and within hierarchical and functional relationships
  • Ability to listen openly, encouraging others to express themselves and react in an appropriate way
  • Ability to handle customer complaints, questions and problematics
  • Fluent in English and German, French of advantage
