SUPPORT MANAGEMENT / BP2S Global Sales & GRM

The objective of Global Sales and GRM unit is to grow strategic clients while developing best-in-class Sales & GRMs over the world. The mission of the unit is:

•     To develop a portfolio of strategic opportunities in partnership with Global Head of Commercial Strategy and Marketing, across Regions and Locations,

•     To ensure that local sales set-up is aligned with the objectives

•     To lead the definition of new sales and retention targets

•     To provide support for complex deals, in strong coordination with the Regional Managers

•     To coach the Regional Sales Leaders to maximize new business opportunities

•     To ensure that best practices & tools are shared and rolled out at Regional level

 

This team is constituted with 15 people over 7 locations and animates communities of more than 200 Global relationship managers and global sales over the world.

 

Support the Global Sales and GRM central team in its daily work and support achievement of the missions assigned to the unit.

The activity is mainly driven by the priorities of the business. The type of activities assigned will be:

•     Support the process to follow up sales performance, elaborate dashboards, provide analytics and produce analysis

•     Coordinate and lead major global projects for GRM and Sales community

•     Manage transversal initiatives supporting the business and coordinate teams to the final delivery

•     Prepare global communications and ensure follow up worldwide

•     Prepare presentations and contribute to create support and documentation to the top management

•     Analyse and contribute to improve performance indicators to the management

•     Preparation of the main bodies of the Global sales governance

•     Contribute into continuous improvement of governance protocols

•     Initiate unit documentation and procedures
•     Elaborate and Optimise reports

•     Write functional requirements for Sales tools change requests
