IT Support (Spain)


JOB PURPOSE

As a Technical Support (Tech Support) Worker, you will be tasked with monitoring and maintaining an organisation’s computer systems and networks. You will be responsible for diagnosing any hardware or software faults with these systems and will solve the issues either in person or over the phone.

 

MAIN MISSIONS

 

·       Installing and configuring computer hardware, software (Microsoft and Mac), systems, networks, printers and scanners

·       Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

·       Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

·       Providing technical support across the company (level 1), this may be in person or over the phone

·       Setting up accounts for new users

·       Monitoring the access rights to data and systems

·       Verifying the compliance of IT setup in terms of security (within internal tools)

·       Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

·       Possibly training more junior staff members
