are urgently looking to employ a team administrator within a small forestry sales agency
situated in the centre of Cirencester. You will be responsible for managing the
administration for the business unit. You will also be required to assist
the KYC administrator within the team in the on-boarding of new clients and
undertaking reviews of existing clients where applicable.
you will have at least two years experience in general office administration
including but not limited to:
Copy and audio typing and filing
Preparation of Invoices and debtor control
Own correspondence, flight and hotel bookings
Property launches on our own website and the UKLAF/ OnTheMarket.Com/ RightMove websites
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Registering offers on our bespoke database, updating status, notes, viewings, etc
Assist with vendors, purchasers, report offers, agree sales, etc
Social media - assisting with the John Clegg & Co Twitter feed / Facebook page / Linked-in company page
Assisting with the organisation of certain annual events
successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher to a reasonable standard
Ability to use in-house and external systems,
Self-motivated but also a team player, able to prioritise and have a helpful and positive attitude.
