SSC Recon offer a framework enabling technical and functional standardization of reconciliations in order to maintain productivity and quality to the users. SSC Recon works for both CIB and BP2S métier for various department across globe to serve the reconciliation needs for both control and financial reconciliations.

Position Purpose

This production support position is to ensure that the BP2S Intellimatch production application is supported and maintained and all issues/incidents are timely resolved.


Direct Responsibilities


  • In charge of the user issues and requirements processing (access & connections, data distribution issues, queries and extractions needs)
  • End user functional support
  • Analyze and fix issues raised by clients (Operations/Finance)
  • Ensure internal and external communication about the incidents/ service requests/ changes impacting the application landscape
  • Monitor End to End execution
  • Propose improvements related to the support activity (including but not limited to batch performance, change management, service requests &  production incidents)
  • Log Issues and Resolution processes.



Contributing Responsibilities

·         To be able to conduct trainings within the team.

·         Understand Incident , Problem and Change Management.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical Competencies :


  • Knowledge of Intellimatch 9.1 R2 / 9.2.7.
  • SQL (requests (insert, update, delete),  joins, stored procedures, indexes, views)    
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities   
  • Knowledge on Crystal Report


  • Knowledge on any ETL tool

Behavioral  Competencies:

·         Must be able to work closely with end users and developers

·         Expected to work in night shift from 10 pm to 6 am IST on rotational basis.
