Position Purpose

To deliver Quality and timely  Service to all sites who have off-shored their trade activities to the platform



Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

 

Ø  Responsible for regularization of Suspense and Irregular accounts

Ø  Manage accounting entries corrections in the accounting tool.

Ø  Ensure that workflows are initiated in FileNet for Export bills / Export Loans settlement and Commission / Charges settlement within the stipulated timelines

Ø  Investigate reasons for Nostro Breaks for transactions in scope for GTFO and initiate actions for clearance of Nostro breaks.

Ø  Creation of Standing Orders as per instructions received from MO within the stipulated timelines

Ø  Ensure that transaction processed are as per Site specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and highlight any procedural modifications in SOPs wherever required.

Ø  Ensure Error KPI is maintained below the site specific Error KPI’s and incident.

 

Contributing Responsibilities

Ø  Support MO to address ultimate client needs and resolve customer complaints if any.

Ø  Identify risk related to the process

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

·         Knowledge of internal Accounting Systems and Packages.

·         Knowledge of Trade Finance products.

·         Knowledge of accounting entries passed at various stages of a transactions

·         Familiarity with computer applications, MS-Office, Business Objects etc..

·         Familiarity with Banking Back Office Operations, Processes and Systems.
