For activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion in BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.
Specialist in Transfer Agent Milan
Ensuring correctness of cash and stock reconciliation of client accounts
Continuous interactions with internal and external counterparties
Following up on queries (e-mails, phone calls)
Acquire missing information from external or internal sources
Internal reporting on the status of pending transactions
Participating in quality control and development of the process (procedures and
Preparing and submitting various daily / monthly / quarterly reports for
management and regulatory review
Very good command of English language
Attention to details and accuracy
University degree (preferably: financial studies) or a final year student
Prior experience in financial area will be an asset
Analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Client focus approach
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team player
Self-motivation and willingness to learn
