IT Sourcing Project Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The IT BP2S is composed of about 1600 people worldwide, the most important rentals being:
- France / Luxembourg / UK / Asutralia / US / Ireland / Spain / Italy and our nearshore/Offshore centres: India and Lisbon.
IT Sourcing refers to the fact that an enterprise delegates all or part of its activities based on information and communication technologies (ICT) to one or more third parties, internal or external, for missions such as the performance of tests, application maintenance, technical support. It also aims to improve the relationship between customers and suppliers (internal and external) in the context of the services rendered through the analysis of the performance of the results and the contractual management (monitoring the execution of SLA...).
IT sourcing has fully integrated to the business world and is fully part of the processes to define, achieve the company’s strategy and respond to ad-hoc issues. It faces challenges for organizations using it, including:
- Identify activities that could be sourced
- Develop appropriate approaches to sourced services
- Managing risks throughout the sourcing cycle
- Manage supplier relationships in collaboration with Purchasing
Attached to the Head of IT Sourcing for BNPParibas Securities Services, you:
- represent the IT Sourcing function in all IT project analysis and validation committees
- Play a role of reference with regard to the entity’s IT.
- Actively participate in internal exchanges in, support of the head of the Sourcing BP2S
- Participate as an essential player in the execution of the SPOT program (Sourcing Plan Optimisation & Transformation)
Post graduation course, preferably in IT, Engineering or similar
At least 5 years of experience in the field of Computer management / IT transversal / project management
Previous experience in project mana
Fluent English and intermediate French are mandatory
Likes to advance issues and implement concrete solutions in an international environment while offering strength, independence, speed and reliability.
You are also very involved, enthusiastic and have a good sense of communication and openness to others.
You have a strong appetite for topics related to Sourcing with the objectives of responding to the issues of the entities of the BP2S entities
