Your mission


As part of the IT Financial Control department, the SLA and Vendor manager is responsible for the following activities:

  • Coordinate the preparation or review of Standard Level Agreements (SLA), ensuring implementation and follow up on migration to BNP Paribas standard model for intra-Group services provided by and to BP2S Luxembourg

  • Communicate in a standard and regular manner to Management and all stakeholders on progress on SLA reviews

  • Prepare and lead regular Steering Committees with key software or service providers

  • Ensure follow-up of actions (owned by team leaders or suppliers) decided during Steering Committees

  • Being the main point of contact for vendor management projects and follow up based on management guidelines

Your profile

Education:

Bachelor Degree (BAC+4) in Technology, Finance, Economics or equivalent

Professional Experience:
