About the role 

In this exciting role you will be responsible for helping our internal and external customers over the phone and via email ensuring that all requests and queries we receive are managed in a professional and timely way. This will include delivering efficient operational support to the creation and maintenance of our master data. Your duties will also encompass providing a focal point for the management, validation and control of customer novation’s, ensuring the data transferred is accurate.

About you

 

 

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have a variety of skills in your armoury.

 

You will engage with users of various levels of IT knowledge, some of whom are respected leaders in their field, so it’s vital you have excellent communication skills, an ability to adapt to your audience and a desire to learn new skills.

 

Firstly you will need to be a PC literate, ideally with an understanding of the technical side of things.

 

Secondly, you will have excellent attention to detail and be a logical thinker who can problem solve to within strict timescales.

 

Lastly, you will need a strong work ethic and have the confidence and competence to see work through to the end with minimal supervision.
