About Businessline/Function :

Within BNPP CIB ITO, the Shared Service Center Reconciliation is responsible for providing reconciliation IT services to all CIB functions, across all geographic areas.

To do this, the service centre relies on its "offshore" team for development, maintenance and all the associated reconciliation processes, as well as its "onshore" team in charge of defining the strategy, steering the centre's activities and major cross-cutting projects.

Position Purpose

This position will meet the objectives of the service centre's target business model: to provide the CIB business lines with IT services enabling them to manage the end-to-end reconciliation needs (Application Upgrade & Obsolescence management , IntelliMatch SME,  Perform proof of concept, development and processing), as well as to improve and make more efficient the processes of configuration management & ensuring the application infrastructure is up-to-date in terms of technologies.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

 

 

·         Reconciliation Functional & Technical Architect

o    Act as the primary contact for architecture team

o    Control that the implementation that follow respects the architecture guidelines

o    Technology watch, innovation, Participate in the vendor evaluation process

o    Provide overall view on architecture change and tooling that could impact the application landscape handled by reconciliation SSC

o    Maintain the application decommissioning plan and the upgrade plan on the basis of a functional and technical obsolescence plan

o    Ensure internal and external communication about the evolutions of the architecture matters impacting the application landscape

o    Validating and accepting the upgrade and new IT initiative

 

 

Contributing Responsibilities

·         Innovation & Technology watch

o    Engage directly with industry experts and contribute to derive evolvement of technical strategy for BNPP CIB Reconciliation SSC

o    Technology & marketing watch: Actively participate in tool conferences/forums that contributes to services offered by SSC focusing on Financial Industry recon & break flow management needs

Specific Qualifications (if required)

·         More than 7 years’ experience working on intelliMatch application along with functional domain knowledge.

·         Experience in IT project management and well versed with handling intelliMatch Technical Upgrade
