Peoplesoft HCM is the worldwide implemented tool for HRSG systems. The system is rolled out in various countries and is the important tool for managing employee information including timesheets, overtime and payroll interfaces. The tool is dynamic to adapt to country laws and regulations. Within APAC region, the tool is implemented within 10 countries.

Position Purpose

The role is for a Senior Software Developer  with experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs who works equally well as an individual or as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years Application Development and M&E experience.  The candidate must have past experience of working as a part of large Development team.


Direct Responsibilities


·         Performs analysis, conceptual design, development (coding) and implementation of modifications to   the PeopleSoft platform or custom programs to enhance value to business.

·         Participates in the technical design and coding of interfaces, data conversions, reports, and  customizations providing the required functionality not supplied by the package.

·         Provide technical expertise to team members


Contributing Responsibilities

·         Provide L3 support ticket resolutions

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • 4-8 years of Experience with PeopleSoft HCM system.
  • Having knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, BI publisher, File layout, SQR.
  • Experience of working on inbound & outbound interfaces.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Good in SQL query.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS system knowledge is mandatory.
