About the Job

  • Within the Group Strategic Sourcing Services, the Purchasing solutions & Digital / Core model & delivery team is

    • Guaranteeing conception and evolution of the platform dedicated to Group Accounts Payable and Receivables Solution, namely One Capp Solution and its connected tools. This solution has most of its clients in France and is being deployed worldwide, for Group BNP Paribas, starting in Europe

    • Managing transversal projects impacting all the clients of the platform, in particular for regulatory purposes or for functions enhancements

  • With this platform, an important rationalization of the implied processes is at stake for the Group

  • This position is a perfect entrance point: very transversal, many streams, many teams, counterparts, and countries. Numerous projects being forseen for the coming years, there are opportunities to lever in the future for an enlarged role in PS&D

Your Main Activities Are

  • Participate in the implementation of the new projects (definition and follow up of the plan, actions and resources, among others)

  • Conduct and ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget

  • Support the implementation and make the bridge between all involved teams, including implementation of the new internal processes

  • Partner with Managers to support the development transversely in GS2S organization

  • Verify and monitor that the documentation is updated and in line with the applied processes

  • Collect and present data needed to manage consolidated dashboards (KPI and others reporting)

  • Assess risk and provide risk response plans

  • Perform Operational and Permanent Controls on projects

  • Contribute to transversal support activities of GS2S

  • Can challenge solutions, dig in regulation and functional topics related to Cost accounting and tax

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor degree in  Economics, Management, Finance or Business

  • Experience level: At least 10 years of  experience in Project Management, Consultancy or Advisory Services, involved in large & multi-national companies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Fluent in English (B2 Level minimum, CECRL certificate)

  • French is a significant plus for projects on French regulation in particular

  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting with ability to analyse new complex demands

  • Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, autonomy

  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask and to prioritize

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Strong team spirit

  • Ability to understand processes and the business

  • Strong negotiating, unbloking situations and result oriented skills

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to synthetize and express complex technical concepts in a simple way to management (spoken & written)

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
