Position Purpose

The main responsibility of this role will be to completely manage induction (coordination, logistics and facilitation), Planning and execution of soft-skills & behavioural programs. Be a single point of contact for L&D for all employee query and to take charge of the L&D data and metrics and to support in any learning initiatives.



Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Induction

¡ Plan induction for all new hires in Chennai & Mumbai based on hiring plan by co-ordinating with Recruitment team

¡ Send invites to participants and trainers and coordinate logistics for the induction

¡ Coordinate the induction schedule, to ensure al programs are conducted based on the schedule

¡ Ensure to collect attendance and track completion

¡ Ensure to collate feedback for the induction program from all participants

¡ Ensuring all employees attend within 3 months from date of joining and escalate non-attendance to Business

¡ Coordinate for Respect For Colleagues session for Induction with External facilitator

¡ Be a part of India Services Blended Learning Project for Induction and work in co-ordination with other entities

¡ Evaluate Induction facilitation based on feedback analysis and propose ideas to increase effectiveness of Induction

Soft Skills

¡ Be involved in screening and sourcing training facilitator based on organizational need

¡ Active involvement in training vendor evaluation and finalization

¡ Coordinate with procurement committee for new vendor approvals

¡ Manage Training vendor enrolment and agreement process

¡ Facilitate internal sessions and bring new ways of learning

¡ Manage internal training content by updating and managing versions

¡ Keep the L&D policies & Procedure updated and maintain versions for Audit purpose

¡ Coordinate with mid-level managers to understand specific business requirements

¡ Ensure to track attendance on the trackers and the portal.

¡ Collate feedback for the program and work on improving the training effectiveness.

Data Tracking & Reporting:

¡ Preparation of  monthly and quarterly reports for MIS

¡ Support Preparation of L&D dashboard & presentation for client visit from L&D perspective

Invoice Processing

¡ Ensure training invoices are received from vendors within 1 month from training date and submit it to finance for reimbursement,

¡ Check the expenses tracker and compare with the Training budget

¡ Report budget utilization for each quarter basis for L&D budget analysis

Compliance Training:

¡ Ensure to download compliance training report on a monthly basis from My development

¡ Send monthly reports to business  to ensure 100% completion

¡ Closely track completion percentage and escalate for non-completion

Contributing Responsibilities

¡ Managing the GSO Library

¡ Training Group Mailbox management

¡ Managing queries on e-learning

¡ Act as a single point of contact from L&D with all process trainers for technical data collation and reporting.

¡ Preparing presentations for L&D

¡ Preparation of training catalogue

¡ Regular meeting with mid-level managers and identify adhoc training needs not recorded in TNA

¡ Preparation of training calendar by contributing to TNA

¡ Handle L&D projects like the pre-travel project or orienting first time travelers, , E-Learning project and the My development enhancement project (Learning tool enhancement)

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
