Position Purpose

Adhering to Clients On boarding requests as per ISDA ,SLA and CSA requirement. 



Direct Responsibilities


Meeting Clients. Service delivery and onshore expectation on Onboarding agreements, Reports, Amendments in Set ups etc.

Meeting all Onshore and ISPL Management requirements.

ISDA/CSA setup knowledge.

Understanding end to end collateral management and Client onboarding process.

Responsible for the full front to back daily margin call process for specific clients:

Preparing the packs for Client governance meetings.

Margin Call Preparation Netting Cash Flows / Rolling Interest.

Booking of eligible Credit Support and fails management.

Substitutions of Collateral with both CCP and Client.

Client Reporting’s.

Monthly interest settlements.

Responsible for the Client Testing / Onboarding into Collateral Platforms

Responsible for the Design / Testing of new functionality


Contributing Responsibilities:

 Communication skills: Required for liaising with counterparties and internal stakeholders to the collateral process. (Middle offices, marketers, traders, credit and legal)

  1. Time Management and an ability to adapt to the varying demands of the team.
  2. Risk Awareness: Strong awareness of Operational, Counterparty, and Regulatory risk.
  3. Knowledge of OTC derivative products (Credit,, Interest Rate, FX ,)
  4. Strong knowledge on the life cycle of a trade.
  5. Previous experience in Collateral Management or other Middle Office Operation functions within Investment Banking. (Exposure to Client Clearing / OTC Margin calls beneficial.)
  6. Skills on issue resolving and investigation relating to Collateral process.
