Global Securities Operations 

One of the three international operations centres, BNP Paribas Global Securities Operations (GSO) provides services to global clients in the Asian region and some “follow-the-sun” activities for European clients. Wholly owned by BNP Paribas Securities Services, the GSO centre offers a wide range of services which include custody operations, fund accounting, middle-office operations, static data management, clearing and settlement operations and other transversal services. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To provide first/second level of support on ‘NeoLink’ to the clients in Asia-Pacific region.
  • Training (pre and post-sale) on site or via ‘web demo’ for internal and external users/Clients in NeoLink.
  • To manage any queries related to Neolink raised by Locations and clients.
  • To collect the Requests/enhancements requirements from locations.(calls, emails, NeoTracking)
  • To manage ‘production issues’ by communication with the locations.
  • Follow-up and coordinate with Neolink IT, project teams, service delivery teams in case of any incidents.
  • Ensure client is well-informed through locations proactively by location communication.
  • CFT/FTP validation for Report scheduling and file upload.
  • Customization and report scheduling setup in NeoLink.
  • Validator for the tasks performed by team members.
  • Creation/Update of BIC/Local code in Neolink database.
  • Creation of instruction templates in Neolink.
  • Escalate unresolved open issues / high risk items to the Assistant Manager / Manager.
  • Participate in Cross Training and ensure the Knowledge transfer between the team and processes is happening on periodic basis.
  • Share the best practices and ideas with the peer groups and team members.
  • Consistently evaluate and update documented procedures to ensure they are complete, accurate and current.
  • Maintain good communication with internal peer groups, and central team.

  • Good written and spoken communication skill.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks.

  • Capacity to handle issues during crisis and otherwise.
