We are looking for

Sales Manager – Global Trade Solutions (GTS), Vietnam

Main Objectives & Purpose:

  • To drive the growth of GTS revenues across clients segments.

  • To support the growth of the client franchise through technical expertise and structuring capabilities for Trade Finance opportunities

Key Results Areas:


Commercial performance

  • Achieve new client acquisition, sales budget, volume growth & relevant KPIs as defined and agreed with the TB Vietnam Head

  • Develop and drive commercial strategy with consultation of Coverage, TB Vietnam Head and Product Specialists

  • Build active pipeline of deals and revenue streams

  • Work with internal stakeholders to build client centric solutions and ensure timely submission of deals

 Marketing performance

    • Manage the process of preparing and producing client proposals and pitches

    • Review and improve our pitching marketing material on a regular basis

    • Raise internal and external awareness of our franchise via internal marketing and external events

    Risk and Portfolio Management
      • Preserve the quality of the portfolio through a periodic review of portfolio, in particularly the watchlisted or deteriorating files, regular interaction with risk and corporate head

      • Review weekly level of the funded assets to be able to react quickly and decide whether the commercial actions need to be adjusted

      Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework.
      • Responsible for the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities



      Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills:

      • Strong knowledge/ experience in Trade Finance

      • Pleasant inter-personal skills

      • Strong presentation skills

      • Advance PC skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc.

      • Fluent in English (Chinese speaking would be a plus)

      Qualifications and Experience:

      • Degree holder, preferable in Banking and Finance

      • At least 5 years of working experience in Trade Finance or Transaction/Corporate Banking

      • Experience in Sales role
      • Relevant professional certification
