The role


An outstanding opportunity has arisen to become a key member of the Eastern Rural Land Management and Consultancy team, based in our Ipswich office, but which also includes the Norwich and Cambridge Land Management and Farming teams.


The team has an established reputation as leader in the rural Estate Management and Consultancy Advice market and are seeking a qualified surveyor to take the lead on a number of key management clients.  This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate wishing to take responsibility for delivering diverse estate management advice and to get involved in a whole range of rural businesses including, organic farming, environmental and woodland schemes, livestock farming, tourism, leisure and wedding venues, as well as managing the financial aspects of those businesses. You will be the principal contact and have immediate responsibility to deliver on the aspirations of those clients.

The team’s technical excellence ensures an impressive client base and they advise on some of the most prestigious estates in the County as well as across East Anglia.

Skills/Qualifications


  • Professionally qualified MRICS
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Excellent IT skills including use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
