The RISK Function aims at being a partner of the businesses by contributing to their sustainable development, but also a gatekeeper to ensure risks taken remain compatible with the Group’s Risk Appetite and its strategy.

RISK engages in an upstream dialogue with the business to understand their transactions strategy and objectives prior expressing its opinions and recommendations.

As part of its Transformation journey RISK grouped over the past two years some activities in Lisbon with the ambition to reach excellence in the delivered services and build the RISK platform of the future.



As a COO Business Manager Intern, your missions will consist in:

·         Supporting RISK Management on on-boarding tasks within the RISK Lisbon Hub such as IT, HR, Finance, Facilities, etc.;

·         Developing special reporting templates and elaborate procedures/workflows for the Management;

·         Monitoring headcount files (joiners/leavers overview) and keeping up to date organizational charts and;

·         Assisting on administrative support tasks (stationary management, collect access cards for new joiners, etc.);

·         Supporting managers and project managers, help them to drive projects implementation and ensure that all the necessary actors are involved when required on a timely basis;

·         Helping the Head of Platform to monitor the activity by making sure that Key Performance Indicators linked to the RISK activity are produced on a quarterly basis;

·         Upon request, providing support on the organisation of corporate events and organising visits for our internal business partners.

·         Participating and/or support RISK Lisbon Hub Management on strategic topics/presentations on an Ad-hoc basis.


We are looking for a motivated and creative intern willing to embrace our demanding and very challenging environment. The selected candidate will report hierarchically to the COO of RISK and will also interact with the Head of RISK Lisbon Hub.

•       Master degree in Business Management from a Top Tier international Business School or equivalent university;

•       Perfect fluency in English;

•       International profile;

•       An entrepreneurial attitude and a willingness to learn;

•       Strong work ethic and confidentiality is essential;

•       Ability to work with multiple partners and escalate issues in due time;

•       Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;

•       Clearly exhibited analytical, logical and decision making capabilities;

Knowledge and tools

•       Good command on Excel / VBA programming;

•       Mastering PowerPoint.
