RISK is an integrated and independent function. It’s the second line of defense on BNP Paribas risk management activities.

RISK covers 70 countries and represent around 5000 employees worldwide.

As Chief of Staff, you will play a key role enabling and supporting the Global Head of RISK HR.

You will have an impact on the efficiency and productivity of the HR function, driving transversal topics with many stakeholders within and outside the RISK HR function.

Your missions will articulate around 3 axis:


Lead and coordinate all activities allowing the Global Head of HR and the RISK HR Management team to be equipped with procedures, operating documents and dashboards necessary to an efficient governance

Design and roll out a consolidated productivity dashboard to the Global Head of HR, thanks to the HR data analytics support and provide a regular KPI analysis

Ensure the RISK HR operational efficiency examining from all sides the organization, intra and inter team’s processes, how it functions or works

Manage the HR key bodies: HR EXCO, townhalls, HR committees in liaison with the RISK HR managers – share the minutes and follow the action plan if any


Manage and follow-up the RISK HR budget – Pay attention to the invoices workflow operating process

Transversal projects

Support the Global Head of HR with tranversal topics liaising with the RISK HR managers if appropriate.


  • More than 5 years of experience in the consulting field, mainly in operational efficiency and change management.
  • At ease with figures and data analysis.
  • Lean six sigma or agile certifications – Analytical skills – Autonomous but team player
  • Fluent English – French is a plus


You will report into the Global Head of RISK HR and will have interactions with the different HR teams, with all the local HR in the countries and with the Management.

RISK HR is very diverse and inclusive. We have more than 6 different nationalities in the teams.

We are mainly based in Paris but we also have part of our teams in Spain (Madrid) where RISK set up a hub.
