About the role
In this role you will be reporting into the Reward Manager and will be working together on a variety of Reward projects to deliver the Reward strategy across the business. In your day to day duties, you will provide comprehensive support through the analysis and interpretation of key HR metrics to key stakeholders across the Group and to required Committees to keep us informed with current market data, whilst driving key Reward initiatives including salary review processes, salary surveys, market benchmarking, fixed and variable pay, benefit provision and supporting with fleet queries. You will also regularly liaise with our parent owner, BNP Paribas UK pension and Benefits team to ensure we are aligned and to help deliver the annual benefits renewal cycle. This role will be varied and plays a vital part in helping us to expand.
Pay Zone level B1
We are looking for an energetic and confident individual with excellent communication skills who can handle ever changing workloads and priorities. You will have previous Reward experience within a HR function with proven ability across the Reward agenda (salary, bonus, commission, market data) and be able to demonstrate an understanding of cost and benefit analysis and budget management. You will need to be someone who is just as comfortable with your head in data, analysing and looking for trends as you are with working in a team, building relationships with your internal and external stakeholders. Needless to say your attention to detail, tact with handling sensitive information, planning and Microsoft Office skills (Excel in particular) will all be at a high level. CIPD qualification would be useful, but not essential.
