Spend 70% her/his time to self-manage and develop relationship with a portfolio of Pilot corporate clients in the North of Vietnam; and
Spend 30% her/his time assist HN CEO, Head of local corp. in managing business with their Pilot corporate clients.
Define a strategy and action plan for each client and prospect.
Maintain a high level of presence with clients and prospects.
Frequency of visits tailored to client's business risk and opportunity profile.
Stay fully aware of the needs of clients and prospects.
Perfect understanding of the client's economic cycle and of its sector cycle.
Work with other business lines and functions on cross-selling opportunities.
Find a balance between client requests and the requirements and goals of the Bank.
Attend activities providing external visibility (e.g. client's party, social events, etc.)
Meet budget target.
Fully comply with BNPP internal procedures and policies
2. ARM responsibilities to support HN CEO, Head of Local corporates:
Assist Line Managers in overall day-to-day portfolio management …
Assist Line Managers on facility documentation with clients and Legal, CLM, 3C on documents execution, CP satisfaction.
Collaborate with CTCM as well as other IBA industry teams … to prepare credit proposal
Collaborate with CRM on client KYC responsibilities essentially gathering information and documents for account opening and annual KYC recertification.
To escalate to your management and/or to Compliance any doubt regarding transactions linked to money laundering or to embargos and/or sanctions
Back-up for Line Manager for client related topics where required.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Smooth coordination & good working relationship with clients, product lines, risk function and other business units.

Good knowledge of banking system, regulations, documentation, products

Specific Qualifications
At least 10 years of working experiences in banking sector (foreign bank is preferred).
Experiences in Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Credit Portfolio Management, Client service are plus
Qualifications: fluent in both English and Vietnam (speaking, writing, translation); strong inter-personal, communication skills; good problem solving and time management skills
