Relational Marketing Analyst

Relational Marketing is about choosing the best way to connect with customers and promoting the appropriate offers to them. It’s about to decide on what really matters to customers and find the best way to answer to customers’ expectations in order to develop long term relationship.
Integrated in the Relational Marketing & Performance team, under the CRM & Marketing Analytics department, you will have the opportunity to create new ways of developing customers’ value, through multichannel communication plan management, leveraging on Data & Analytics.
You will work in collaboration with Marketeers, Communication specialists and Business analysts in order to put in place outbound and inbound interactions with our customers and to drive insights to improve the customer relationship.
You will have a dual side mission between operational and analytical, so it’s expected you are analytics oriented and able to produce and to follow KPI’s to better monitor customers’ behavior, supported by statistical and predictive models or by ad-hoc studies about customers’ portfolio.
- A self-motivated person, curious and dynamic;
Critical mindset, ready to make the difference in a diverse and dynamic environment;
A solid background in Management, Marketing, Information Management, Maths or Statistics, with a minimum of 2 years of experience (preferable);
Knowledge of Campaigns Management’ software, Business Intelligence and Analytical CRM.
