The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:

Regulatory Reporting Specialist in Fund Industry


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation & review of PRIIPs/MiFID templates: EMT, EPT, CEPT, WM

  • Calculation of Transaction Cost and Other Ongoing Charges for Investment Funds

  • Collecting and controlling all necessary inbound data from other teams/locations

  • Disseminating final reports to the clients and distributors

  • Maintain and accurately handle the correspondence with internal /external clients

  • Ensuring agreed delivery service levels and regulatory filing deadlines are met

  • Deliver high quality service through accurate, timely completion of all assigned tasks and requests for information

  • Be responsive and anticipate to the internal/external client needs

  • Understand the needs of our end clients via local offices, and ensure full support for accurate and timely reporting coupled with a proactive approach to local offices

  • Continuously improve and recommend opportunities to enhance client focused service delivery

  • Proactively contribute to the development of the Regulatory Reporting infrastructure necessary to support and control business growth

  • Keep abreast of the changing needs of our industry and keeping up with current regulatory environment

  • Ensure client reporting metrics are delivered to add value to client service levels.

  • Responsible for solving issues and incidents and monitoring delivery of solutions and overall service to client and the wider internal organization

We are looking for you, if you:

  • Have minimum of 1 year experience in a Fund Accounting or Regulatory Reporting
  • Have a university degree
  • Are fluent in English
  • (French or Italian language would be an asset)
  • Have process improvement experience
  • Have a core knowledge of current reporting requirements under PRIIPs and MiFID II (strong asset)
  • Have good working knowledge of different types of Financial Instruments
  • Have strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel
  • Have good analysis and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Are risk aware
  • Have ability to work within a team environment
  • Are highly organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Have ability to adapt to changes quickly
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal  skills
  • Are able to develop and manage strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
