ð Support applications/projects pre & post implementation/migration
ð Support Weekly and Quarterly Release change implementation
ð Support continual work improvement via automation to mitigate risk & reduces intervention
ð Support the production re-insourcing for APAC or at Global level in Q3’19
ð Support email alerts suppression and migration to global standardization tool, SOI
ð Monitoring and tracking of day-to-day recurring incident to mitigate risk
ð Support the shift operator’s activities as at when required during intraday
ð Participation in meetings (ITSM, Service Review, Projects, etc.)
ð Support batch run scheduling via WCC (scheduling tool) for all sites with different requests
ð Monitoring WCC for job aborts and escalate for action
ð Support infrastructure teams weekend patch and monitor to ensure no critical alerts are missed
ð Support and attend to all kind of internal/external audits requirement
ð Support Severity 1 escalation for online system (ATLAS II) unavailability as per SLA
ð Support the sites’ BCP drill
ð Meet the monthly KPIs Dashboard deadline
ð Ability to support and adapt to changes of procedures and scope of works
ð Manage questions from External and Internal auditors and follow through with the auditor on implementation and recommendations
ð Monitor and analyze alerts raised by the standard monitoring tools, emails and escalate alerts to the relevant support for further action
ð Exercise veto rights to challenge the incident ticket raised rating if required
ð Ability to write/enhance the production IT operations policy
ð Perform any other duties delegated by Team Manager from time to time
