Real Estate Project Manager

The Real Estate Project Manager mission is to manage Real Estate projects at a territory perspective for the Group Companies.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the implementation project of new areas to be occupied by Group entities, linking with external providers, namely, architects, engineers, suppliers and contractors.
Define the detailed requirements and needs, on behalf of the relevant Portuguese Group entities, using the Group standards fit-out and equipment.
Coordinate RFP for RE projects
Schedule project meetings and produce meeting reports
Communicate with Group entities for the projects follow up
Produce presentations for divers committees and stakeholders
Link with legal function in order to set up lease agreements or any other related contracts.
Ensure the coordination with ICRES for real estate projects implementation.
Define budgets for real estate projects and follow up incurred costs.
Define and negotiate allocation costs by concerned entities.
Identify and manage the project team and resources.
Follow up the established governance, informing and reporting to Steering Committees, projects committees, workshops, regular and ad-hoc meetings and reporting.
- University Degree
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Previous experience in Project Management
- Previous experience in Real Estate is a plus
- Organization and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate

- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
