Position Purpose

·         Should be a coach on Spotify Agile, Scrum, Lean

·         To provide trainings on Spotify Agile, Scrum, Lean

·         Able to transform the team from Waterfall model to Spotify Agile Scrum

·         To perform QA reviews in line with the yearly plan

·         Facilitate application/project teams on QA processes in line with CMMi L3


Direct / Contributing Responsibilities


Agile Scrum -

·         Spread Agile culture, mindset , awareness and knowledge

·         Provide training to the team on the agile process; training will continue all the time during the project execution on agile and continuous improvement on velocity, quality processes etc.

·         Help in preparing the overall planning of the project that means he/she will work as a consultant.     

·         Make sure that team is following agile processes in each sprint    

·         Identify project risks and raise them immediately

·         Mentor: Focusing on people and Continuous Improvement all the time

·         Identify process issues and improve them

·         Help team on the estimating of the user stories and prepare them for the same

·         Help scrum master to plan meetings like grooming, planning, daily scrum, Review & Retrospective

·         Provide capacity calculator template for the team understand backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity and task definition.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

·         Should have prior working experience as a Coach in Agile Scrum, Kanban

·         Quality Assurance experience in CMMi, ISO will be an added advantage

·         Should be a team player, accountability, integrity

Specific Qualifications (if required)

Certified Scrum Master or Product owner or Relevant certifications in Agile will be an added advantage
