Job Description Summary

Responsible conducting quality assurance audits and or testing, ensuring company standards are maintained and integrity is preserved. Verifies the accuracy of the data in order to provide confidence in the results. Consults with management to resolve identified issues/problems.

Essential Job Functions

  • Communicates professionally and effectively with management, branches, and other departments
  • Triages various accounts and/or situations, i.e. general ledger and special needs of other departments while effectively providing quality service
  • Serves as liaison between Transaction Processing and outside vendors, branches, and all other departments
  • Develops and documents new procedures
  • Trains staff, provides guidance to other staff members in performing their daily activities
  • Gathers and organizes statistical quality data
  • Conducts and monitors testing and review of processes or procedures to ensure quality and conformity
  • Documents quality assurance activities, such as internal QA/QC audits

Other Job Duties
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • Requires 3 years minimum prior relevant experience.


  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Associate's Degree

End to End Operations (E2E)

  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles
  • Thorough knowledge of industry relevant software used for analysis
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to perform independently with a minimum of supervision
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good to presentation skills
  • Excellent PC skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and related software

E2E – Onshore

  • Reviews daily work performed by third party and reports any variances related to quality or expectation of service levels and key performance indicators
  • Maintains appropriate level of liaison with internal and external business partners
  • Proactively identifies quality assurance issues and prepares appropriate reporting to management
  • Analyzes QA results to highlight trends and anomalies
  • May assist management in evaluating vendor performance
