Job Description Summary

Responsible for performing and documenting all applicable testing processes related to the assigned business function and the communication and resolution of findings and other issues. Anticipates and implements changes to the testing plans as a result of changes in the Bank's business environment including regulatory changes. Partners with internal and external auditors and regulators as necessary. Analyzes the testing methodology to identify patterns and trends, and communicates with management to ensure that risks are adequately identified and addressed.

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence in the area of Commercial Loan and Branch Support Services.

  • Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans.

  • Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management.

  • Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture.

  • Oversee team members' work to ensure adherence to process and procedure.

  • Responsible for assessing the quality of provisions, reporting, and documentation in order to ensure timely, relevant and meaningful feedback.

  • Drive improvement in planning and implementing strategies for quality management and testing.


Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
