About the job

  • Within Group Strategic Sourcing Services (GS2S), the Transformation & Organisation department is responsible for the support to the top management team and the conduction of projects that impact the organisation as a whole, namely, the integration of new activities
  • A position is available to support the build-up of GS2S and contribute in the implementation of projects. We are looking for someone with a proven record in project management, who is passionate about organisation, has initiative and autonomy, and is able to adapt to changing needs and priorities

Your Main Activities Are

  • Participating in the implementation of the new projects in the organization
  • Supporting the implementation of the new internal processes
  • Establishing partnerships with Managers to support the development of GS2S organisation
  • Verifying and monitoring that the necessary documentation is updated and in line with the applied processes
  • Collecting and presenting data needed to manage consolidated dashboards (KPI and other types of reporting)
  • Coordinating/participating in Risk Assessment exercises and SLA creation
  • Supporting local initiatives via projects with all people involved (definition and follow-up of the plan, actions and resources)
  • Contributing to transversal support activities of GS2S

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor degree in  Economics, Management, Finance or Business related areas
  • 3 to 4 years of professional experience in Project Management, Consultancy or Advisory Services
  • Fluency in English (B2 Level minimum, CECRL certificate)is mandatory, French is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is mandatory
  • Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, autonomy
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Analytical and problem solving mindset
  • Good attention to details
  • Ability to work with international locations
  • Strong team spirit
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and to respect priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
