Central Europe Technologies is looking for an Project Manager/Change Manager.

The Project Manager/Change Manager shall have the following base skill and experience profile, in order to grant the effectiveness of the operations:

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and ensure continuous improvement and standardization at ES Hub level;
- Manage and execute the RISK Personal Finance Expert System mutualization project in Bucharest, in close relationship with both Bucharest ES Hub and project actors from different countries;
-Design and implement the ES Hub scope enlargement;
- Monitor BNPP Personal Finance projects at Central level (Paris) with impact on the ES Hub;
- Perform changes in/maintain JIRA tool in order to improve current workflows.

The Project Manager/Change Manager shall have the following base skill and experience profile, in order to grant the effectiveness of the operations:

Your Technical and Behavioral skills:

- Problem solving: analysis, synthesis, solution proposal, prioritization, arbitration and implementation;
- Project Management: Work break down structuring, costing, scheduling, quality & risk control;
- Process improvement: process analysis for optimization;
- Ability to produce high quality and timely deliverables;
- Rigorous knowledge management (writing structured documents, classification, archiving and versioning);
- Ability to build strong relationships with actors and share the right level of information;
- Nonhierarchical stakeholders to deliver action plans;
- Ability to lead change;
- Negotiation skills;
- Team spirit / ability to build a positive working environment;
- Proactivity and leadership;
- Oral and written presentation skills;
- Languages: fluency in oral and written English, French is a strong advantage;

Your Experience:

- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in project management with at least one successful experience in operational project management with IT systems components;
- Full responsibility and ownership on complex project modules;
- Remote international project Management is a plus;
- Implementation of complex organizational or process change;
- Previous banking industry knowledge is appreciated;
- Practice of JIRA is a plus.
