Process & Organization Officer

Design & Implement

  • Review and re-engineer operational procedures (SOP), make sure they are in line with the regulatory requirements and General Management's guidelines
  • Coordinate the SLA initiation in the country and be the person in charge for the completion of the SLA including obtaining the local approvals from the related process owners and related parties

Adapt & Improve

  • Review and monitor implementation of operational efficiency initiatives within BNPP Indonesia and processes in partnership with stakeholders
  • When engaged, contribute for process related analysis of projects and provide review to the impacted TOM
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives on end to end operations
  • Support the COO Office in various local, regional and global projects handled at his level

Monitor & Report

  • Monitor the delivery of adaptation and improvement projects and report delays and issues
  • Monitor the Bank's listed Procedure, make sure that they are always updated and are reviewed on timely basis
  • Support reporting on Operations activity (Dashboard)
  • Contribute for monthly COO MIS


  • Degree holder or above with major in Finance, Economics Business Administration , Accounting or other related disciplines

  • Operations experience is preferred

  • Process Improvement skill
