About Businessline/Function :

ISPL QA team – Is a part of CIB CIO Quality and Governance function in ISPL. This function is responsible for managing process compliance of all projects and teams in CIB and BOW IT ADM teams within ISPL. The scope includes maintaining and enhancing QA processes to improve compliance to group governance. It involves conducting QA audits and helping project managers to close NCs. It also includes consulting project managers in complying with QA processes.

Position Purpose

Coaching teams for Agile implementation

Managing process compliance (both waterfall and agile) for projects and teams across ISPL Metiers. It involves assisting project managers from project initiation to closure based on QMS guidelines. It also includes enhancing QA processes to improve compliance to group governance and coaching teams on agile processes.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

 

- Coach teams to improve Agile implementation

- Facilitate Project Manager Self Reviews

- Conduct formal QA reviews to objectively evaluate

- Provide formal QA review reports and track non-compliance items to closure

- Update QMS

- Reporting to senior management on process compliance

 

 

Contributing Responsibilities

Coaching teams on agile processes

Maintain a yearly QA plan for projects

The effectiveness of and the adherence to the processes expected for appropriate use of ISPL QMS

Coach and support the Development team managers and Project Managers to identify, correct and apply learnings with respect to

- shortfalls identified with adherence to ISPL QMS expected practices

- improvements or adjustments required to the lifecycle and processes themselves

- Collate, analyse and report monthly QA performance indicators on project and maintenance activities. - Participate in process improvement initiatives and completes or assist in QA related projects or duties as assigned.

Provide weekly and monthly activity report when requested

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

The ideal candidate will have proven and demonstrable experience of:

•         Agile scrum implementation

•         QA role to IT projects

•         Deployment of CMMI practices

•         Has played the role of Process Consultant / or Software Quality Assurance executive

Business Skills

·         Experience in working in Financial Services will be preferred.

•         Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master (or PMI ACP)
